EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Right
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day withdrawal period. Once your withdrawal request has been submitted, we will provide confirmation of receipt and instructions for returning the goods where applicable.
Certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal, including personalised items, perishable goods, sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened, and other exemptions permitted by applicable law.

- Provide your name and contact details.
- Enter your order number and order information.
- Confirm your withdrawal request.
Once submitted, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your withdrawal request.
